These terms and conditions govern your use of the Spore Shield website and the services we provide. By using this website or booking a survey, you agree to the terms set out below.

Our Services

Spore Shield provides damp surveys, mould removal, damp proofing and ventilation solutions. Survey findings, quotes and treatment plans are specific to the property inspected and are provided in good faith based on the condition of the property at the time of survey.

Bookings & Quotes

• Initial surveys are free and carry no obligation to proceed.
• Quotes for treatment are valid for the period stated on the quote.
• Work will only begin once a quote has been accepted in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a survey or appointment, so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Guarantees

Where a guarantee is offered on completed work (for example, damp proofing), the terms of that guarantee will be set out clearly in your treatment report and invoice. Guarantees apply to the treated areas only and are subject to the property being maintained in reasonable condition.

Liability

We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues outside the scope of the agreed work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
